THINK
The agent interviews you, one question at a time, until every meaningful decision is out of your head: audience, purpose, features, boundaries, priorities. Those answers become a written build plan with acceptance checks, so nothing is left to guesswork. This is the part almost everyone skips, and it is the reason their builds fall apart.
CREATE
The harness reads that plan and puts multiple agents to work at once, each on a separate piece. This is the part you do not have to do. You watch the build happen instead of typing it.
ITERATE
You review what came back, say what is wrong, and send it straight back in. That loop takes minutes, so you steer the build while it is still moving. Nothing ships just because an agent says it is finished.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You can understand and use the decision-making process without writing code. To reproduce the full build later, you will need an AI coding tool and some basic account setup.
Does everyone get their idea built?
No. One attendee idea gives the room a real project to follow from beginning to end. Every attendee receives the complete process, replay, checks, and decision framework to apply to their own idea.
How many agents will be used?
More than one. The exact number depends on the work the chosen idea requires. We will not invent a team size before the build is properly scoped.
Will the entire app finish during the session?
The idea will be scoped to produce a meaningful working first version. Real builds can uncover unexpected work, so the seminar shows both how to build and how to continue when something needs another pass.
